Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find my dimension?
Measure the width of the rubber band, the pitch (distance between two consecutive links) and the total number of steel links. These three numbers separated by × define your rubber track. The dimension is often also engraved on the inner side of the fitted rubber track.
What is the lifespan of a rubber track?
Under normal use on mixed terrain, it ranges between 1,500 and 2,500 operating hours depending on site conditions. On rocky or abrasive ground, this can be shortened. Our rubber tracks with continuous steel cord offer a longer lifespan than entry-level models.
Do both rubber tracks need to be changed at the same time?
It is possible to replace just one rubber track. However, we recommend replacing them in pairs if there is a significant difference in wear. Rubber tracks worn unevenly create uneven traction, which puts strain on the machine's mechanics.
Do you offer a warranty?
All our Premium rubber tracks come with an 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Traceability via the engraved serial number ensures the quality of every product.
