Dispatch within 24h
Every order for rubber tracks in stock is dispatched within 24h. Delivery is then handled by our carrier DB Schenker, with transit times depending on the destination country.
Order placed before 2pm: dispatched the same day.
To Depot or Job Site
We deliver to the address of your choice. Our trucks are fitted with tail lifts to safely place your rubber tracks on the ground.
Note: For delivery to a job site, please ensure access is suitable for a 19-tonne truck.
Bullparts Packaging
Protection: Each rubber track is carefully wrapped and strapped to a pallet to prevent any movement during transport.
Tracking: As soon as the shipment leaves the depot, you receive an email with your tracking number in real time.
Inspection: On receipt, check the condition of the pallet. If in doubt, note precise reservations on the delivery note.
Returns & After-Sales Policy
Right to Cancel
Ordered the wrong model? You have 30 days from receipt to return the product to us, new and not fitted. Bullparts arranges the return transport; return costs are at your expense and deducted from the refund.
Fulfilment Error
In the event of a delivery or picking error on our part (reference received different from your order), Bullparts covers 100% of the return costs and reships the correct part as a priority.
Quality Guarantee
Our rubber tracks are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In the event of premature failure, an after-sales case is opened for assessment within 48 hours.
