Express Timeframes
Any order for in-stock rubber tracks placed before 2pm is dispatched the same day. Our partner carriers deliver within:
- 24 to 48h within the EU.
- 48 to 72h for more remote destinations.
To Depot or Job Site
We deliver to the address of your choice. Our trucks are fitted with tail lifts to safely place your rubber tracks on the ground.
Note: For delivery to a job site, please ensure access is suitable for a 19-tonne truck.
BullParts Packaging
Protection: Each rubber track is carefully wrapped and strapped to a pallet to prevent any movement during transport.
Tracking: As soon as the shipment leaves the depot, you receive an email with your tracking number in real time.
Inspection: On receipt, check the condition of the pallet. If in doubt, note precise reservations on the delivery note.
Returns & After-Sales Policy
Right to Cancel
Ordered the wrong model? You have 14 days to return the product to us. Return shipping costs are at your expense and the product must be new and unfitted.
Fulfilment Error
If the reference received does not match your order, BullParts covers 100% of return shipping costs and dispatches the correct part as a priority.
Quality Guarantee
Our rubber tracks are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In the event of premature failure, an after-sales case is opened for assessment within 48 hours.
