Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Definitions

In this contract, each of the following expressions is to be understood according to its definition:

• Distance contract: contract for the order of products concluded via the Internet.
• Customer: natural or legal person with the capacity to contract.
• Order form: document setting out the characteristics of the products, validated by "double-click".
• Product: goods sold or services provided by the company Bullparts.

2. Purpose and Protection of Minors

This contract sets out the rights and obligations relating to distance selling, in accordance with Law 2004-575 for confidence in the digital economy. Protection of minors: although minors may act alone for low-value purchases, we reserve the right to request proof of legal capacity. In the event of a purchase by a legally incapable person, we advise legal representatives to invoke Article 1305 of the French Civil Code.

3. Products and Prices

Products are presented in French. Images reflect the products, subject to technical Internet limitations (screen resolution). In the event of unavailability, the company will offer an equivalent product or a credit note.
Prices: Expressed in Euros (€) inclusive of VAT. In the event of an obvious typographical error ("nominal price"), the sale may be cancelled. Delivery charges are shown at the order summary stage.

5. Delivery and Complaints

Timeframes: If the delay exceeds the expected date by more than 7 days, you may cancel the order (except in cases of force majeure).
Carrier: If the parcel is damaged, note this on the carrier's delivery slip, refuse the product and file a damage report. Report the issue to us within 72 hours. In accordance with Article 133-3 of the French Commercial Code, send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the carrier within 3 days.

6. Right of Withdrawal (L121-16)

The customer has 7 full days to exercise their right of withdrawal from receipt. Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer's expense. Products must be fit for resale. This right does not apply to personalised products.

8. Liability and Environment

Bullparts cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure (postal service strikes, natural disasters). For professional purposes, no liability is accepted for operating or profit losses.
Eco-contribution: For electrical/electronic products, Bullparts provides a "1 for 1" take-back scheme in accordance with the Decree of 20 July 2005.

9. Personal Information and Evidence

The information requested is necessary for order processing. The customer has a right of access and rectification (Law 78-17). The computerised records held on the servers of Bullparts and its banks constitute proof of communications and payments.
